If you are currently using Tata Indicom Wi-Fi services and have a roam access card, then the same card can be used at partner hotspots abroad to access Wi-Fi.

If you are not a customer of Tata Indicom Wi-Fi
You will have to buy a roam access card to access the service. A serial number and password is printed on this roam access card. When you are at any of the partner hotspots abroad, enter the serial number and password on the Tata Indicom Wi-Fi welcome page and start using the services.

Ans.: Yes you can use your Wi-Fi service provider’s user id and password to access Tata Indicom’s Wi-Fi services provided your provider has an agreement with Tata Indicom

a. Open you browser and type any url. You will get a Tata Indicom welcome page.
b. Select International Roam Customer form the dropdown. Please select you service provider’s name form the list and click ‘Login’. Your service provider’s page will appear.
c. Please enter your user id and password, click ok and start using the services.

Ans.: If you use your service provider’s user id and password to access Tata Indicom’s services, you don’t have to pay Tata Indicom separately for the service. You will be charged by your service provider for the same.
